Na busca por ampliar as oportunidades de formação profissional e facilitar a entrada dos jovens no mercado de trabalho, representantes da Câmara de Dirigentes Lojistas de Brumado e da EvoEstágios se reuniram com a Direção do Instituto Federal de Educação, Ciência e Tecnologia da Bahia (Ifba), Campus Brumado. O encontro, realizado no último dia 23, no Campus da Instituição de Ensino, contando com a presença do presidente da CDL, Orlando de Fátima Gomes; com o Gerente da Entidade e Coordenador da EvoEstágios, Fernando Henrique Coelho de Oliveira; do Diretor Geral e da titular da Coordenação de Estágios da Instituição de Ensino, respectivamente Professores Celton Ribeiro Barbosa e Karla Santos Barros, marcou o início das negociações para a implementação de uma parceria estratégica entre as Instituições, com foco na qualificação de estudantes e na preparação de jovens para os desafios do mercado de trabalho.
A iniciativa surge em um contexto de crescente demanda por profissionais qualificados na região de Brumado, especialmente em setores comerciais e industriais que buscam mão de obra especializada. A proposta é criar Programas de Formação Técnica, Estágios e Treinamentos, promovendo uma integração mais efetiva entre a academia e o mercado empresarial local.
Durante a reunião, os representantes das Entidades ressaltaram a necessidade de fortalecer a Educação Profissional como um instrumento de inclusão social e crescimento econômico. O objetivo é proporcionar aos jovens de Brumado oportunidades reais de aprendizado que os capacitem para o mercado de trabalho, ao mesmo tempo em que impulsionam a economia local.
Durante o encontro, o Diretor Geral do Ifba Brumado, Professor Celton Ribeiro Barbosa, sinalizou a disposição e compromisso da Instituição em contribuir com essa iniciativa, enfatizando a relevância das parcerias para impulsionar o desenvolvimento socioeconômico de Brumado e da região e promover a formação de profissionais qualificados.
